"I am a shift worker doing 12 hour shifts toting day and night and eke makes a 12 hour shift so easy. I go to the gym after my shift not a problem and have had lol the other pre workouts the just make you crash and feel tired a couple of hours after having them: Highly recommend for any shift worker so honesty do yourself a favour try this."
