1) What is the Wake-Up Blend?

 The Wake-Up Blend is an electrolyte powder base product made to bring you back to your best. It can be used as a pick-me-up after a big night, a pre workout and/or exercise recovery. As it contains 80mg of caffeine and BCAA, L-Glutamine for recovery. If you're feeling groggy, tired or un-motivated or want to take your training and recovery to the next level - this is the answer!


2) When is it best to have the Wake-Up Blend? 

As soon as you wake up for best results. 

If you're using it for exercise try to have it 15 minutes prior to your workout.

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24hrs.

3) How long will shipping take?

All orders are dispatched ASAP from our facility.

4) Do you offer Returns and Refunds?

5) What do I do if I received a faulty product?

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault. The product should be unused and resellable including the original packaging with all the tags intact

6) How soon will I get my Refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days in the original method of payment. 

7) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. Please note that your customs office may delay the arrival of your package. Be sure to contact them if this is the case.

8) Do you offer discounts and promotions?

Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions. Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

9) Why hasn't my tracking # been updated?

Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

10) How do I change or cancel an order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order please contact contact@vibeculture.com straight away. We, unfortunately, cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises.

 11) How can I be featured on your Instagram/Facebook page?

For sure! You may either e-mail us your photo directly, or tag us on social media.
